Email and SMS campaigns for a locksmith business
A locksmith's past customer list is the cheapest lead source the shop has and almost nobody uses it. Everyone you have ever let into a car or a house has your number saved as "locksmith". They move, they buy a second car, they become landlords, they want a safe. A text to that list twice a quarter, with one offer and a price, brings rekeys and smart lock installs at a cost per job near zero.
The offers follow the year: a rekey or keypad deadbolt note in January when the phone is quiet, a "just moved?" rekey offer in spring, a safe offer in early November, a "frozen lock and dead fob" note at the first cold snap. Commercial accounts get a different list: a quarterly email to property managers and facilities contacts about turnover rekeys and door hardware. The mistake is a monthly newsletter nobody opens; one text, one offer, one price, with your name on it, is what gets a reply.
At two weeks, working means your customer list cleaned and loaded, the first campaign sent, and the bookings it produced counted. That is the calendar.
